1. The selection of photoelectric eye adjustment methods and operating conditions is not accurate, and accurate adjustment is required according to the instructions;
2. The pre-adjusted film feeding length (when adjusting the blank bag) is too wrong with the actual bag-making standard, and the length of the production line or the adjustment pressure and the equipment should be re-set;
3. If the resistance of the film is too large or the quality of the products in the previous process is poor, the materials should be checked and replaced.
